從2018年的10月到訪 首爾Mother-in-Law Bagels丈母娘貝果 最早發源至紐約傳統貝果店面，一度移植至首爾在當地創下排隊兩條街的熱銷盛況 台北業主旅居韓國期間嚐到了前所未有的絕妙貝果美味香甜帶Q富有嚼勁的貝果加上猶如冰淇淋般口感的CREAM CHEESE，還有各種貝果三明治夾餡料 完全顛覆了我對貝果的認知 在10月份取經完畢後 返台開始著手進行商店空間的整體規劃 由於是台北自創品牌首家店面，除了原本的商業空間美感建立之外 內部貝果製作機台設計，餐廚相關規劃與設定物料冷藏與貝果形成機的建置等等， 都結合了專業餐除規劃的郭先生協同合作與諮詢，加上業主對於整體規劃的種種巧思與細膩的推敲著墨 最終慢慢催生了一個新生貝果品牌 Visited from October 2018 Seoul Mother-in-Law Bagels It first originated in a traditional bagel shop in New York and was once transplanted to Seoul, where it created a hot sales event with two streets of queues. 五十華 WISHWELL 五十如華 茶蘼正盛 五十之華 怡然自得 五十華 礁溪行館 依然而生 在與甲方幾經將近一年的規劃會議中，多個日夜翻來覆去的調整與翻盤，總算凝聚出如此得幸的最終版本，中間也加入了相當多的甲方主體思維，包括命名與整體環境的主軸，因應著如此多變而富於想法的挑戰，我們只能汲汲於加速的配合與提供多種方案 本案空間我們負責的項目內容主要為三種房型規劃加上主題餐廳/廊道空間等，同時最令人興奮的是本案戶外景觀主要負責規劃設計的團隊，竟然是亞洲區享富盛名的瀚翔景觀，幾次的會議也有幸能與盧胤翰總監一同與會參與規劃，實在為相當難有趣的經歷 三年後的現在，五十華 礁溪行館總算圓滿落成 行館包含著四種房型 命名相當獨特以四種候鳥作為命題 鳶 ㄩㄢ 鸝 ㄌ一ˊ 鷸 ㄩˋ 鴞 ㄒㄧㄠ 四種不同候鳥 不同地域與季節交替 象徵的春來秋去 四季變換 物換星移的光景 不變的是場域 留下來自各地的足跡 此外整體空間包含著各個餐廳/大眾湯屋/SPA/三溫暖/健身房，甚至於令人相當愛不釋手的房型戶外野營帳篷，與親子戶外花園等，超乎意外的設施開拓了度假屋的新視野 At fifty, the flower is in full bloom.
